Deos Celestial Initial Release

This release provides Celestial_Program with an initial release.

• diff -rq dds-sales-deos-jupiter-20200922 dds-celestial-deos-jupiter-20201002 was executed to identify what needed to be tested for dds-celestial-deos-jupiter-20201002.

• The following configuration update is needed to get the serial device driver (dev-duart-nxp) working on the nai68ppc2 BSP: Set the clock attribute to "300000000", as described in Section 6.1 of the duart-nxp-user-guide.htm (T10xx platform).

Known Problems

• Multiple TDL examples cannot be imported simultaneously due to duplicated project names.
