Description
Complete all necessary steps to verify that the Deos Kernel Version 7.1.0 (aka Agave) meets all of its requirements when executing on the MPC7448. Redmond will supply a Freescale HPC2 dev-kit for this development effort.
Datasheets and User Guides for the HPC2, and 7448 may be obtained from Freescale.
News
- 2008-03-03: Differences in the MPC7448 and the PPC processors currently supported by Deos have been discovered and are forcing a kernel source code change PCR:4135.
- 2008-02-29: HPC2 has been delivered to the Deos test team.
- 2008-01-29: Dates from Gary Eng: First flight, requiring the final candidate software is August 2008. Full documentation and verification activities can be after first flight, but must be complete by the aircraft delivery date sometime in 2010.
- 2008-01-18: Kernel compatibility review has started.
- 2007-08-06: Initial estimates captured on this Wiki page. Awaiting response from the customer.
