- 2006-04-18: From User:Cassandra.fleetwood@honeywell.com: "...$6,215 remained after the final invoice on SEPDS PO 742620. In order to use the balance, Toronto has to decrease the previous PO to the amount invoiced and issue a new PO for the remaining amount (and any additional amount they want to add). The new PO has to be issued to our new organization (Electronic Software COE, Operating Systems)..."
- Checking on funding source. Last known source was 2005 SEPDS (Toronto) PO 742620 for $500K (Project Number D12023).

Tasks
Initial Budget: $20,320
YTD: $8,636
Current ETC: $11,684
Current EAC: $20,320
Note: Unless noted otherwise, all estimates are in terms of effort hours.
HTSL Support
This is a level of effort task. Various Deos team members may be asked to assist The SEPDS SCC team with any technical issues as well as provide guidance on following the Deos certification process and procedures. The hours spent doing that should be accumulated here in order for us to see how much we're spending.
We've estimated a level of effort of 4 hours per week beginning March, 2006 and concluding at the end of 2006.
- RISK: If HTSL can't complete the work, the Deos team may then become responsible for finishing the effort. Also, if HTSL cannot adequately defend their artifacts, the Deos team would also become responsible for ensuring a successful audit.
