Update tpk120 and tpk127 to define resource names which match the expect test result e.g. resInsufficientVAS.  When robust registry values are required, they must some times be hacked/forced to invalid values; however, the values should be evident.

Change tpk120 and tpk127 to use a descriptive name for hacked registry resource instead of using a kernel test generic resource.
