Tests tpk289 and tpk291 identified that the kernel object index for Kernel Interface Objects of type 'Process' is different than the requirement stating 'objectIndex'.

Update the kernelObjectIndex() and kernelObjectIndexPPI() requirements to document that for a process handle a different portion of the is returned. Code and UG material are already correct.
