Deos Connors 17B Release
This release provides OAR with an updated evaluation release.

Differences from Prior Release

This customer needs the maintainer's environment as they are joining us to provide their RTEMS offering (i.e., building with our tools). As a result, the following packages have been added:

The following have been modified:
- mscv90 - The post-install script was corrected to remove an erroneous cygcheck report of an incomplete package. The actual content of this package remains the same as the prior release.

Additional Testing
- Installed release
- built, loaded, ran, and debugged the shared library example on the qemu-x86 target
- All performed as expected
Known Problems
- The cache-trasher example has not been ported to the qemu-arm target.
- Debug-As does not work with some 653 examples (e.g., hybrid-IO). The work-around is to launch the debugger via the Status Monitor.
