Deos Connors 18A Release
This release provides OAR with an updated evaluation release.

Note: The candidate distribution was created as a new DDS using all latest stable components via the DDS Build Process.

Differences from Prior Release
Added/Modified Packages
Cygwin was modified to the 20180401 set of packages for 64 bit Cygwin. In addition the following DDC-I generated packages were modified:

Known Problems
- The multicore kernel lacks the following:
- Examples and training material need updates
- multicore memory pools - Quota API changes requried PCR:11293
- timemap WAT upgrade to multicore PCR:10779
- print-x build configuration other than diagnostic DDCI_PCR:3219
- makeboot cannot handle the modification of the boot image output filename for QEMU targets.
- Suspend does not work with 64-bit gdb. This makes GDB debugging from OpenArbor not possible currently.
- This is not required to allow OAR to develop RTEMS compilers for 64 bit Cygwin environment, but must be fixed prior to user releases such as Durants with the 64 bit indie environment.
- ABC has not been updated for GCC 7.3.0. This release is not to support verified components, so ABC support is not required.
