This release provides Jekyll updated components and dev kits.

Note: The candidate distribution was created as a new DDS using all latest stable components via the DDS Build Process.

- DDS-jekyll-deos-jupiter-20200326 pulled in extraneous components due to the creation of bsp development kits. DDS-jekyll-deos-jupiter-20200406 was created to correct this. The changes require no additional testing, thus the prior OA testing is still valid.

Known Problems
- include files as linked resources in the same folder as the source code file are not supported yet. DDCI_PCR:3672
- DeosOptionTabs.integrationToolTabTest needs an update. PCR:11440
- hypdump fails to execute. Error invalid hypstart format PCR:11181
- config.ac needs to be edited to remove ppc, otherwise there will be a warning when building the network driver.
In the root of the fec_andretti archive, is the file configure.ac. Line 8 of this file *must* be changed from: xPossibleHosts="ppc-deos arm-deos" To: xPossibleHosts="arm-deos" The build of the fec_andretti network driver will fail unless the above change is made.
