Additional Testing

Known Problems

Restrictions on the RESTART feature without the kernel debug updates.
1) Will restart fail under certain corner conditions, or this a general failure to restart?

It is some what of a corner case. The debugger performs the following sequence:
  1) resume debug suspended process
  2) restart process

If something causes the process to debug suspend between these two steps (e.g. a thread in the process executes and hits a breakpoint instruction) then the process will never restart.
2) The process/partition restart takes longer then expected.
