This release provides Shaka_Program with 64-bit Deos (Kismet) with RTEMS support.

Description
The previous distribution is at: \\nx3000\ship\dds\ubuntu\approved\DDS-docker-shaka-deos-kismet-20240124
The candidate distribution is at:

Note: The candidate distribution was created as a new DDS using all latest stable components via the DDS Build Process.
Components to Work

- desk-headers provides stdio.h which includes stdio-ansi.h which is provided by ansi-4.12.0.

- ansi-4.12.0
- vfileconfig-1.13.0 updates to schema 10 which is required by vfile-8.0.0.
- kernel-11.8.0 updates libkfs.so vfile driver to vfile-8.x.
- ftpserver-11.7.0 updates to vfile-8.x.
- desk-headers-1.0.0 provides stdio.h in lieu of ansi providing it.

Known Problems
OpenArbor 12.2.0 Test Plan and Report Shaka D3
Gcc-bug-targeting-aarch64-for-shaka include in cover letter.
- Platform resource based minimal file systems (MFS) are supported for 32-bit architectures, but have known issues for 64-bit architectures which will be corrected in a future aperiodic release. If you have any issues with MFS in the interim please contact support@ddci.com.
