Remote PCs
Connecting to Remote PC
To remotely access a computer (such as a TFHost), follow these steps:
- Connect to VPN
- Use the X-9 application to lock the desired computer (ex: tfhost22)
- Launch the Remote Desktop Application
- Enter the name of the computer (tfhost22)
- Enter your DDCI password
- (Optional) select “Remember me”
- Select “Ok”
Copy Files from Remote PC
Using a windows file explorer on your computer, enter the path to the remote PC:
\\tfhost22\c$
From the above, you will be in the root C: drive and can use the file explorer to navigate to your desired location. Then you can use copy/paste (or drag/drop) to move files.
